In Shanxi tongchuan shengwei Building materials company, ARC had successfully made on-line overlaying repairing on grinding roller/grinder of ATOX50 with high quality and won the praise of customers.

In Henan heyu cement company, ARC also successfully solve the problem of fall-off of wear resistant layer in Polysius grinding roller/grinder and extend the use life of equipment greatly.

Overlaying repairing service in the electric power industry

Beijing ARC research and design new coal grinding roll/grinder arc automatic overlaying machine, self-protection wear resistant wire and hardfacing overlaying repairing technology according to the domestic current situation. All practice show overlaying repairing can improve use life of coal grinding roll/grinder and improve efficiency further more.

Until now Beijing ARC had proceed on/off-line repairing for hundreds of companies and the grinding rollers include MPS、MPE、MPF、HP、RP、ZGM. 

In Shandong shiheng electric plant the use life of grinding rollers is only 4000 hours, sometimes need replace spare parts at 2000 hours. After off-line wear resistant overlaying repairing of ARC, its use life reached more than 15000 hours and won the praise of users. 

Also the use life of grinding rollers of Huaneng liaoning yingkou power plant had improved from 6000 hours to 15000 hours after off-line wear resistant overlaying repairing of ARC, thus solve the much cost of buying new products, improve the economic efficiency.
