ARC owns five series more than ten wear resist materials and has much experience
in development and manufacture in wear resist material such as carbide, compound 
carbide, tungsten carbide. Our　factory can produce 1200 tons auto-protection 
wear resist flux cored wire .
ARC can provide more than 30 automatic welding equipment using in grinding roll/
grinder　automatic overlaying machine, rolling automatic overlaying machine, 
tube inside automatic overlaying machine,belt polarity overlaying machine, 
wear resistant plate automatic overlaying machine and keeps ahead　in the 
thinline welding machine, U shape submerged automatic welding machine, mini
diameter straight　pipe /bend pipe inside automatic overlaying welding machine.
ARC on/off-line overlaying welding repair keeps ahead in China and has provides 
overlaying welding repair for　morethan 200 power plant, cement factory and 
steel and iron works.
In the cement industry, ARC may manufacture and repair raw materials vertical 
grinding roll /grinder, processed materials vertical grinding roll/grinder, 
iron slag/ steel slag ,grinding roll/grinder, coal grinding roll/grinder, 
pressure roller of calender press and wear-resistant plate. And provide 
on-line and off-line repairing to grinding roll/grinder from FL Smidth, Polysius,
Loesche, UBE, PFEIFFER and some types of grinder ,such as HRM,TRM,ZGM,MPS,HP,
RP ,etc.
In the electric power industry , ARC has developed and designed new coal grinding
roll/grinder automatic open-arc overlaying machine, automatic protection wear-re
sisting flux core wire and hard facing welding repair technology according to 
the situation of power plant in domestic market. In the result of much practice, 
overlying repair can greatly improve the use of grinding roll/grinder,
then improve the benefit of power plant.
In the new production, the double grinding roll/grinder, wear-resisting plate 
are also get the high recognization of customer and owns high reputation.
