Liu Zhenying, male, born in 1960s, got doctor's degree in welding from Tsinghua University in 1989.
He founded Beijing ARC Power and Electronics Technical Institute in 1993 and founded Beijing ARC Xinxing Science & Technology Co., Ltd. in 2000. In the year 2006, Beijing ARC Xing Surfacing Co., Ltd.(joint venture enterprises) was founded.

Doctor Liu Zhenying, majored in welding, graduated from Tsinghua University in 1989, was assessed as Senior Engineer in 1993 and as Senior Engineer with the rank of a professor in 2003.
In 2000, he founded Beijing ARC Xinxing Science & Technology Co., Ltd. and worked as the President, General Manager and Technical leader. With 10 years’ development, Beijing ARC Xinxing Science & Technology Co., Ltd. has been a world-advanced professional company specialized in metal wear-resistant materials, automatic welding equipments, automatic overlaying welding equipment manufacturing and services.
With 17 national patents, Doctor Liu Zhenying specialized in metal wear-resistant materials and technology, automatic overlaying welding equipment and technology, power and electronic technology, power semiconductor application technology. With almost thirty years working in the field of wear-resistant overlaying welding, Doctor Liu Zhenying has been a senior expert with high reputation in domestic wear-resistant and overlaying welding field.
In February of 2011, Doctor Liu Zhenying drafted General Specifications for Wearing Piece Overlaying in Building Materials . He also participated in the revision of Specifications of Wear Resistant Parts of Coal Mill in Power Plant and Specifications of Wear Resistant Pipe.

Doctor Liu Zhenying is the associate editor of <>published by China Building Materials Press in 2007 and also the writer for some chapters and sections; the Deputy Director of the Editorial Committee of Manufacturing, Installation, <> published by China Building Materials Press in 2010 and also the writer for some chapters and sections; the writer for some chapters and sections of << Usage and case for Wear-resistant Materials in Engineering>> to be published by Chemical Industry Press.
Awards:
Dr Liu got honors of "Chinese Outstanding Innovative Entrepreneurs", "Ten Leaders of Chinese Innovative Enterprises", "The 6th China Top Ten Innovative Entrepreneur of China's Pride" in 2008. In the year 2009, he was honored as Outstanding Entrepreneurs at 60th Anniversary of the Founding of the People's Republic of China's by the Organizing Committee of China's Top Ten Competitive Brands. In the same year, he got the honor of Science and Technology Innovative Characters by Beijing Enterprise Evaluation Association.

Beijing ARC Xinxing Science & Technology Co., Ltd, with advanced R&D and manufacturing capacity, is the forthgoer of the hardfacing industry in China and was honored as High-Tech Enterprises in Beijing, Innovative Enterprises in Haidian District, Innovative Enterprises in Zhongguancun, with the programe of "Arc cladding robot for Inner pipe & grinding roller/segment", "Arc cladding robot for coupler knuckle", "Arc cladding composite porcelain wearing parts" got funds support by National Technology Innovation Fund.
