Material Class: High anti-wear welding wire
Material Symbol: High chrome carbide, Nb based hard alloy
Carbon Content: 5.8%
Chromium Content: 22%
Other metal: Nb, Mn, Si, etc.
Hardness of the welding wire: HRC59-65

Characteristics:
1, After welding, the reacted compound carbide distributes in the base part of workpiece
2, As it can produce tiny, hard niobium carbide, which makes the primary carbide overlayed material has highly anti-wear performance.
3, General anti-impulsive force
4, Not suitable for flame cutting, strong anti-falls. Can not be mechanical processed, otherwise it will appear cracks
5, The application temperature should not beyond 650°C

Recommendation:
Suitable for hard-facing treatment of workpiece which need to endure strong wear and medium impulsive force: weld repair, thermal mill roller/segment repair, cement vertical mill roller/segment, pulverizer roller repair, crusher hammer repair, also suitable for manufacturing the composite steel plate and overlaying the composite roller.
