Material class: High anti-wear hard-facing material
Material Identification: high chromium, high carbide, Fe-based hard alloy
Carbon Content: 5.6%
Chromium Content: 32%
Hardness of the welding wire: 59-63HRC

Characteristics:
1, After welding, the reacted compound carbide distributes in the base part of workpiece
2, High anti-wear, generate austenite, welding wire contains primary carbide
3, Combination of Boron and Carbide will be with extremely anti-wear
4, After welding, very limited deformability
5, It can not be mechanical processed
6, Temperature of application should not be above 550℃

Recommendation:
Suitable for the hard-facing treatment of workpiece that need to endure strong wear and medium impulsive force, like weld repair, thermal mill roller/segments repair, cement vertical mill roller/segments, pulverizer roller repair, srusher hammer repair, also suitable for manufacturing the composite steel plate and overlaying the composite roller.
