Material Grade: High anti-wear welding wire

Characteristics:

Standard: GB10045-88

Material Identification: High chrome, high carbide, FeNb, FeMo based hard alloy

Carbon Content: 5.6%

Chrome Content: 32%

Other metal: Mo, Nb, Mn,Si, etc.

Hardness: HRC59-64

Characteristics:

1, After welding, the reacted compound carbide distributes in the base part of workpiece
2, High anti wear, produce austenite, initial carbide exists in surfacing material.
3, niobium carbide was isolated, and it is able to make the overalying material wear-resistant.
4, After welding, very limited deformability
5, Can not be flaming cut nor mechanical processed
6, The application temperature should not beyond 550°C

Recommendation:

Apply to hard-facing of workpiece which need to endure strong wear and medium impulsive force: weld repair, thermal mill roller/segment repair, cement vertical mill roller/segment, pulverizer roller repair, crusher hammer repair, also suitable for manufacturing the composite steel plate and overlaying the composite roller.
