Online overlaying solution for coal vertical mills

Offline overlaying for vertical mill and segment is defined as transport the overlaying equipment to site and make automatic open-arc overlaying with flux-cored wire, with no dismantle the roller/segment. This will shorten the downtime of the equipment.
The initial online overlaying stems from coal mill roller in power system in 2000. There are 5-6 coal mills in one set of unit. Overhaul time lasts for nearly 10-15 days. Online overlaying is able to finish the project within 10 days. If choose offline overlaying, the project may takes 10-14days.
Beijing ARC started online overlaying service from 2000. Nowadays, we are able to provide one package overlaying service to one unit of mills. With professional teams, we are able to provide over 10 projects for plants and cement factories, with each projects over 5～10 tons.
